Sometimes topless or nude beaches are shut down by city ordinance, and sometimes they just shift. Generations change. Places that used to be wild and free, become family vacation destinations. And it's not that anyone says "keep your top on," but when you come to a new beach on vacation and look around and see several dozen people and no one has their top off, you just have to assume maybe its not topless, and maybe to be safe, just keep covered.
The beaches of the French Rivera have been world famous for topless beauties. But when this couple came for holiday, they only found stogy British housewives in one-piece suits.
Well, she decided to be brave. A bikini bottom and nothing else. Some traditions are worth saving.
