Now that it's summer, she said she felt like shedding everythign about winter. She packed up her sweaters and coats, mittens and scarves, boxed them up and put them in the attic for the next several months. She pulled out her thinnest sundresses, bikinis, flip-flops and everything light, thin, and bright for summer. There's something abotu summer and wanting to be as minimal as possible, and light and unfettered as possible, breezy.
She said she wanted to take a bath, and then go out in her thinnest sundress, with no bra, no panties, and just feel light and free. It was time, she said, to get out the razor.
