Sunflowers at Sauive's

We went to Sauvie's Island on one of those clear, crisp October days, where the sun is golden and almost looks like summer, but the air has a hint of woodsmoke, and feels like fall.

We walked through farm fields of sunflowers, and the light was so soft and lovely, that she stopped and suggested we take some nudes. She stripped and the sunflowers, as tall as her head, hid her from the distant road. She looked like a French painting from the 19th Century.
