Cindy McDee was the centerfold to grace the July issue of Penthouse magazine in 1973. She'd grown up in a small mining town in the Missouri Ozaks, one of 17 siblings, daughter of a minister. In '73, she was just 21, and had moved to LA, setting out into the wide world. With flowing long blonde hair and bellbottom jeans, she was a classic flower child.
She might have been the first--perhaps only--Penthouse Pet to pose with natural armpits.
