Anyone who grew up in the 70s no doubt grew up with the Brady Bunch. Even into the 80s through re-reruns folks knew the Brady's. And, pretty much all agreed, Marsha was hot. She became a type of innocent sex symbol to her TV fans. The other sex symbols of the time, Farrah Fawcett, Bo Derrick, and such, were "women," older, mature, sultry, and potentially dangerous--while Marsha was like the girl in third-period class, or the student body, or the cheer squad, or the one organizing the dance... she was the girl everyone knew, and all the guys wanted to date. So pretty and so sweet that she was totally unobtainable. This of course, made her all the more desirable.
How many have tried to imagine Marsha nude? (Me, for one.)
