Finally Alone

She'd been lying out all afternoon, getting a good tan, but the beach was crowded that summer day. She'd undone her bikini top so she could lie on her stomach and let her back tan evenly. She wished she could let her buns warm to the sun and tan, too. She wished she could roll over and feel the sun on her chest. She wished it wasn't some dreaded taboo for a woman to show her skin. It was just skin, after all, she thought. She loved feeling the sun on her. She thought bathing suits the most pointless invention of all time. It wasn't that she hated clothes. No! A warm ski jacket in the snow--that was a good invention. Hats, mittens, scarves... it all helped on cold days in winter. But a "swimming" suit?

A swimming suit didn't keep her warm. It didn't keep her dry. It din't make swimming any easier. In fact it was cold and clammy when she got out of the water. It sometimes rubbed her when she got sand in the elastic. The thin fabric wasn't really "covering" her. Anyone could see 95% of her body, what made a nipple so much more special than seeing the rest of her boob?

The swim suit: What a stupid invention, she thought, frustrated that she couldn't just take it off and jump in the water.

As afternoon turned to evening, the people began to pack up. By dusk, right as the sun was beginning to set, she finally found herself alone.

At that, she did what she'd been wanting to do all day. She stripped nude and walked into the water.

You mean LYING out. If you're going to publish, you should learn grammar.

Great pic though.

Fixed. Thanks for the catch. Please keep them coming. (FYI, we get posts from a small handful of sexy contributors, and I try to copy edit, but yeah... some typos and grammar slip through...) so, please, any additional copy editing is WELCOMED! Thanks for reading. Hope you continue to enjoy this blog.
